Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Policy
If you change your mind and decide you no longer wish to keep items you have purchased from Karma Skincare, we will refund or exchange your product(s). In order to qualify for a refund/exchange you must return the goods, at your own expense, within 21 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

We will refund you or replace your items if you receive them and find them to be faulty. Faulty items will need to be sent to the returns address and we will reimburse the cost incurred when a proof of postage receipt is emailed to us.

Lost Packages:

Royal Mail guidelines state they do not consider a package lost until 15 working days for the UK or 25 working days for International packages have past. This information is taken from The Royal Mail website - DELAYED/MISSING POST.  After this period, we will either refund or send a replacement and will then make a claim against Royal Mail. Royal Mail may, in the course of their enquiries, contact you to confirm a lost package. We ask you to respond to their enquiries with out delay.
