Allergies are becoming more and more of a Problem  causing many distressing health problems and in some cases life threatening.

Celiac Disease *  What is it *

Celiac disease is a chronic, autoimmune disease which is the result of an immune system response to the ingestion of gluten (a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley).

 

More and more adults and children are becoming Gluten Intolerant  and developing Celiac Disease  and as yet,  there is still not definite  evidence of how it is  triggered.

 

I  have purposely  not used any ingredients from wheat, rye or barley  in my products and nor will I.
